SANEI & PIDE organized an invited lecture on “Economic Reforms and India’s Economics Performance” delivered by Dr. Rajiv Kumar, Director and chief Executive of Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER) New Delhi, India, on 23rd April, 2008. The lecture was chaired by Ms Shahnaz Wazir Ali, Member of National Assembly and Executive Director of the Pakistan Center for Philanthropy (PCP) and also presided by Dr Rashid Amjad Co-ordinator SANEI, Vice Chancellor PIDE and Dr Asad Ali Shah Member (Infrastructure) Planning Division. The lecture was attended by members of Planning Division, former Directors of PIDE. The heads of the member institute of SANEI in Pakistan were also invited in the lecture.
